Cancellations/Returns Policy

We set forth our policies for our customers to read, however we cannot be responsible for those who choose NOT to read them.  These policies are firm and in buying from us you agree to the following:

We stand behind our workmanship, and we want you to be happy with your order HOWEVER, since all items are custom made to order and by your specifications and, in most cases, with the measurements you have given us, they cannot be returned.

Orders requiring measurements will not start until measurements are received.   Failure to supply measurements will forfeit your order and monies.  The process time starts once measurements are received.

If we should make a mistake, then we will correct it HOWEVER, please know that ALL ORDERS are photographed, inspected for quality; size & design, and approved prior to shipment.  So, we will know about any damage after the fact.

If you cancel your order, within our 3-hour time limit, you will still need to wait until the monies are processed and received before we refund it to you. This may take a few days
